Vent2Me is run by a team of passionate consumer advocates from a diverse range of backgrounds.
We possess a variety of specialist qualifications including business and marketing bachelor degrees, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma of Internet Marketing and Online Public Relations and a Diploma of Hospitality (Management).
As consumers who make purchase decisions on a daily basis, we’ve seen firsthand how poor customer service is much more than just a nuisance. In fact, a really bad service experience can be a huge burden, both emotionally and financially. We know that when you’re in the middle of it, it’s seems easier to give up and admit defeat than speak up to get what is rightfully yours.
That’s why we’ve created Vent2Me.
We also understand that good customer service isn’t difficult to deliver. And in some cases, it doesn’t come from disrespect or disregard. We know there are many organisations in Australia who genuinely want to make their customers happy and our site also caters for them.

Cents and Sensibility founded Vent2Me in 2010, after successfully solving complaints for family and friends. It was the constant nagging from these same friends and family members who sparked the idea of creating a business dedicated to addressing grievances.
Cents and Sensibility has created a number of marketing and branding strategies for a variety of businesses. Her specialities include brand management, e-marketing and social media strategy, publication development and management; and service marketing strategy.
Cents and Sensibility is also an experienced public speaker who has spoken at a number of events.

The Creative Craftsman (aka Jon Taine)

The Creative Craftsman is Vent2Me’s Creative Director and co-partner having joined Vent2Me in November 2011. The Creative Craftsman has a range of experience in developing creative solutions for a range of businesses including large corporations within the government and tertiary sectors.
The Creative Craftsman has played a key role in developing the creative direction for Vent2Me. His expertise includes design, copy writing and advertising.
