Media Release issued 18.03: Vent2Me – the original independent complaints resolution service

Melbourne-based business Vent2Me is addressing its own grievances after a copycat site surfaced recently.

Strategic Director Julia Makin created the site in 2010, as a free service to assist consumers in getting a fair go.

“A bad customer service experience can be a huge burden, both emotionally and financially,” said Julia.

After successfully resolving complaints for family and friends, the idea sparked to create a business dedicated to addressing grievances.
