For work, I had to ring a company to organize payment and to clarify a few questions – pretty easy stuff, right? Wrong! I had to suffer through 18 minutes of on-hold music and voice overs before I got fed up and hung up.
I then emailed them my inquiry and the fact that I wanted to make payment and I am still yet to hear from them two days later…
In this day and age this is totally unacceptable and as a result I am happy to state that the company was Clear Networks.
Never in a million years, did I think that companies still behave in this way. Yes, I can appreciate it was the week after Easter, so they probably thought that enquiries would be low, but you can at least give me the option to leave a voicemail instead of rabbiting on about how good your company is!
